These terms cover using FundyBot Jr (“the bot”), the custom Discord bot for Fundy’s Discord or Something (“Fundycord”). It is run by the Fundycord staff team and only works in that server. By using the bot, you agree to these terms.

The rules you already follow
Using the bot means also following:
- Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
- the Fundycord server rules;
- these terms.
Play fair
Don’t:
- use bots, scripts, macros or self-bots to earn XP, treats or cards, catch drops, or play battles;
- use alternate accounts to collect extra rewards, or to trade or battle with yourself;
- spam messages or commands to farm XP, drops or streaks;
- exploit bugs: if you find one, report it through modmail instead;
- post abusive, hateful or illegal content in suggestions, modmail or anything the bot reposts.
Levels, treats and cards
- XP, levels, prestige, treats, Boots cards (shiny or not), packs and battle records are just for fun. They have no real-world value and don’t belong to you as property.
- They can’t be bought, sold, or swapped for money or anything outside the bot. Offering or asking for that breaks these terms.
- Trades and gifts between members are final once accepted.
- Staff may adjust, remove or reset any of them, for example to fix a bug or undo cheating.
- Features, rewards, odds, prices and limits can change at any time, and features may be added or retired.
Modmail
DMing the bot opens a private ticket with the staff team. Use it for genuine questions, reports and requests. Misusing it (spam, abuse or impersonating staff) can get you blocked from modmail. Ticket messages are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
Moderation
Staff can limit or remove your access to the bot’s features, remove items or rewards, and block you from modmail if you break these terms, the server rules or Discord’s rules. Moderation actions the bot carries out (such as warnings, timeouts and bans) are made by, or on behalf of, the staff team.
Availability
The bot is run by volunteers and provided as is. It may be down for maintenance or problems, and data can occasionally be lost (backups are kept for 14 days). To the extent the law allows, the Fundycord staff team isn’t responsible for any loss caused by the bot being unavailable or not working as expected.
Your data
What the bot stores about you and how it’s used is explained in the Privacy Policy, including how to get a copy or ask for it to be deleted.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and important changes will be announced in the server. Using the bot after a change means you accept it.
